Ben Kibbe grew up in New England and Thailand. He later returned to Thailand with his wife Charity, also a missionary kid from Ecuador, and their two daughters Lydia and Evelyn. Ben founded The Way Foundation and was involved in leadership development and community development in northern Thailand for 10 years. Ben loves to launch new things and empower others to grow in their gifts and their leadership voices. He now uses his experience and his vast network of trusted advisors to help leadership teams and business owners improve communication and effectiveness in their leadership.

Over the years, Greg Serafino has worked in a steel processing company and served in local church ministry. The steel processing company taught him much about learning as a life long endeavor while learning how to lead and motivate people to accomplish their work well. Much of what he learned about leadership began there. When he was called into ministry and led a church for almost 20 years, his leadership skills and learning were honed as he faced many circumstances over those years. These were two very different career yet they both served to help him realize his love for pouring into others and watching others grow. His view of and relationship with God have significantly shaped his view of coaching and mentoring others using a softer approach filled with grace and truth. As a consultant and a coach, grace and truth two sides of the same coin for creating accountability and growth.
