To kick off our first lunch & learn in 2025, we are going to review the 12 Agile Principles by looking at each principle and then hearing a pirate's take on it. To be clear, the goal isn't to inspire you to take up the life of a buccaneer on the high seas. Instead the talk should give you a fresh perspective on the principles that sometimes get so familiar we stop really seeing how they apply to our daily work.
